We are happy to accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.

We take our YAY! very seriously here at Bivvy Home Goods and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your Soap & Bath Products, Ceramics or Textile goods are not what you had hoped for, and wish to return for a refund please email us at bivvyhomegoods@gmail.com and a real human with a big heart will straighten things out, and provide a refund or exchange. We want you to love your new product as much as we love making it, and will handle each return with care.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (photos are helpful for our postal claims if anything is broken) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
